CLASSIC
Moderately priced wines (7-8 US $ a bottle), simple but usually showing pleasantly the characteristics of the many varietals featured. Very much drinkable and even better and due to the reasonable pricing, my choice for cooking wines !
I particularly enjoyed the first release of Petite-Sirah, a grape which first brought terrible products in Israel until the recent days when winemakers succeded to get out of it deliciously deep currant aromated wines on an intriguing earthy background.
Considering the style of the labels, these wines can also bring a good help for becoming an expert in ancient middle-east pottery art !
