HILULIM For years already, Carmel took the challenge of releasing the first wine of each year. This tradition is taking a growing importance and turned to be the occasion of sympathetic events and festivals. A white and a red are released together every year and are usually fair, easy to drink and particularly enjoyable in a friendly atmosphere. Their low price of about $ 4 a bottle makes them even more friendly (yeah, this is cheap by israeli norms). Better, a new label illustrates each new release. I'm maybe the only one, but it makes it a nice article for collectors.
