I wanted to give some life to my labels, to integrate the israeli wines within a larger community and also to keep a souvenir of some beautiful moments : this is the way these pages are born.
The family dinners are generally accompanied by one wine only. I suggested a list of four possible alternatives, trying to mix israelis and foreigns. When the event was of a larger scale, I respected the sequence which occured, so the ratio of the israelis is variable and there may be sometimes some disparities between the bottles which went on the table by the same day.
I'm far from being a professional cook. Much of the recipes are coming from at least one of my books (see the credits sections). I didn't want problems of copyrights : don't look for recipes in this section.
With the hope this will raise some appetites or give some ideas for menus...
