A FAMILY DINNER... WITH A TASTE OF ALSACE The minced liver is a true popular recipe from Alsace, a little acid, it's delicious... On the other hand, liver and popular are not the best indication for a festive meal, so I keep this pleasure for the little family circle. I especially enjoy the basic "Zichron Yaacov" with this dish as wine for cooking and accompaniment. In any case, I prefer for doing this dish using the same wine for cooking and drinking and would look for a one with enough strength with no requirement for a lot of sophistication. |
