Not too much imagination in this menu and if you went this far inside the site you certainly had this at least ten times in your life. Nevertheless, if the roastbeef is just well done, the french fries crispy and the wine well chosen, this is an almost bestial pleasure. I best enjoy this brutal meat with a very good red, a little young, full of energy. Then with the cheese comes the time for rest what means an older red in the style of a good old Bordeaux if not a real good old Bordeaux. Some may like a dessert after this. Personally, it was enough, I prefer meditating on the last drops of the last red.
