  TRUE ISRAELI DELIGHT
We have avocado all around the world, but I learned in Israel that we don't really know how to use and enjoy them. Do it this way : mix them with boiled eggs, lemon juice & onion. This is so much natural to any israeli that no one of them ever saw in this Cuisine. This is truly delicious.
The truits of the Dan river, in the extreme north of the country, are small, delicate, tasty… and affordable. Frozen, ready for cooking with recipes on the box, this is the kind of product I definitely enjoy and applaud for.
Mainly white wines, but we thought also about a red option for this nice family dinner.
